The ship was built under the hull number B591-1 / 2 at the Stocznia Szczecinska shipyard . Adolfa Warskiego built in Szczecin . In July 2002 the ship was sold to the Danish shipping company DFDS Tor Line , which put it into service as Dana Sirena and used it in ferry traffic between Esbjerg and Harwich . At the end of September 2014, the ship, renamed Sirena Seaways in March 2013, switched from the Esbjerg – Harwich route to the Paldiski - Kapellskär route , on which it operated until the beginning of January 2015. From May 2015, the ship operated as the Baie de Seine for Brittany Ferries, serving the routes between Portsmouth and Le Havre as well as Portsmouth and Bilbao.
