The Biblioteca Nacional d'Andorra is the national library of Andorra in Andorra la Vella .
It was founded on September 8, 1930. The library was originally located in the Casa de la Vall and was intended to serve as a lending library for the residents of Andorra. It was re-established in 1974 and has been in Casa Bauró ever since.
The Biblioteca Nacional d'Andorra has had legal deposit rights for Andorra since 1980 . Since 1987 it has also served as an ISBN allocation office. It reports to the Ministry of Culture.
