The diocese Huejutla ( lat. : Dioecesis Hueiutlensis , Spanish : diócesis de Huejutla ) is in Mexico located Roman Catholic diocese based in Huejutla .
history
The diocese of Huejutla was on November 24, 1922 by Pope Pius XI. Established with the Apostolic Constitution Inter negotia from cessions of territory of the Diocese of Tulancingo and subordinated to the Archdiocese of Puebla de los Ángeles as a suffragan . On November 27, 1960, the Diocese of Huejutla were parts of its territory to the founding of the Apostolic Constitution Cum rectus Rerum erected Diocese of Ciudad Valles from. Another area assignment took place on 9 June 1962 on the establishment of the Apostolic Constitution latet Non erected Diocese of Tuxpan .
On November 25, 2006, the diocese of Huejutla was founded by Pope Benedict XVI. subordinated to the Archdiocese of Tulancingo as a suffragan with the Apostolic Constitution Mexicani populi .
