The Bolivian national basketball team for men represents Bolivia at international basketball matches. Bolivia was one of the last federations on the South American subcontinent to join the world association FIBA and has never been able to qualify for a global finals or Olympic Games . So far, it has not been enough to participate in the continental American Championship , which was introduced in 1980 .
