The Jamaican men's national basketball team represents Jamaica at international basketball matches. The team has only participated in the FIBA championships since 1962 and is now one of the better national teams in the Caribbean , in which it has already won the regional championships of the Caribbean Basketball Confederation (CBC) four times . At the Central American Championships, after a fifth place in 2010, by winning the bronze medal at the “Centrobasket” in 2012, she qualified for the continental final round of the American Basketball Championship in 2013 .
