The Peruvian national basketball team for men represents Peru at international basketball matches. She was one of the better national teams in Latin America until the end of the 1960s and took part in three Olympic Games and four times in the finals of the World Basketball Championship . Since 2001, the team has not taken part in official FIBA competitions, while youth teams continue to participate.
