The 1941 South American Basketball Championship , the ninth South American Basketball Championship , took place between April 18 and 26, 1941 in Mendoza , Argentina , which was the second time the championship was held. The winner was the national team of Argentina , which won the title for the third time. At the same time, the host of the championship was also the winner of the tournament for the fifth time in a row.
