Bow Wow (2009)

Bow Wow (born March 9, 1987 in Columbus , Ohio ; real name Shad Gregory Moss ), formerly Lil 'Bow Wow , is an American rapper and actor who is under contract with Bad Boy Records .

Career

Before Snoop Dogg discovered him at the age of six, he is said to have been called "Kid Gangsta". Then he was given the name "Lil 'Bow Wow" ("Little Wauwau") by Snoop Dogg. At the age of 13 he released his first album Beware of Dog . When he was 16, he finally called himself “Bow Wow” in order to no longer be considered the “little” newcomer in the hip-hop business. Like many of his colleagues, he likes to put on several names and in some songs he calls himself Bow Wizzle or Bow Weezy or Neoskilla aka Loc Dog. He currently lives in Los Angeles, California and Atlanta, Georgia.
