The Brummershop is a nature reserve in the Lower Saxony city ​​of Bückeburg and the municipality of Seggebruch in the combined municipality of Nienstädt in the Schaumburg district .

The nature reserve with the sign NSG HA 101 is 14  hectares in size. It lies west of Helpsen and sets by waterlogging embossed wetland in the area of ground moraine nsenke under protection. In the nature reserve there are grasslands that are used extensively as two-channel wet meadows and litter meadows that are mown twice a year , as well as alder and mixed oak forests .

The hay meadows in the nature reserve are rich in orchids . Additional possible meadowsweet corridors, large sedge Riedern , marsh reed grass - and reed canary grass stocks before.

The nature reserve is a retreat and habitat for numerous plant and animal species in a predominantly agricultural landscape. The arable land in the south of the area at the time it was placed under protection has now been converted to grassland.

The area has been a nature reserve since June 19, 1986. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Schaumburg.
