At the end of the season he finished third behind the Austrians Manfred Brunner and Heidegger in the parallel slalom in the Sierra Nevada, which is only part of the Nations Cup .

In the giant slalom he achieved his best result at a major event in fifth place - 0.38 seconds behind the bronze medal. He was also ninth in the combination , which was held for the first time in a new mode.
