Clarence J. "Clancy" Brown III (born January 5, 1959 in Urbana , Ohio ) is an American actor .

Career

The 1.92 m tall Clancy Brown was known as the villain Kurgan in Highlander - There Can Only Be One (1986). He also speaks the stingy crab Mr. Krabs in the English original of the animated series SpongeBob SquarePants and also in the English original of the video game series Crash Bandicoot Dr. Neo Cortex , as well as the character Maestro in the video game Rainbow Six Siege .

family

Brown's father Bud and grandfather Clarence were both Ohio Congressmen and mother Joyce a concert pianist. His brother Roy failed with his candidacy.

Brown has been married to TV producer Jeanne Johnson since January 1993. The couple have two children: a daughter (* 1995) and a son (* 2003).
