The Communauté de communes des Quatre Rivieres is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the department of Haute-Saône in the region Bourgogne Franche-Comté . It was founded on December 31, 1996 and currently comprises 41 parishes. The administrative headquarters are in Dampierre-sur-Salon . The name of the community association is derived from the four rivers Saône , Salon , Vannon and Gourgeonne , which flow through the area.

Historical development

With effect from January 1, 2019, the former municipalities of Seveux and Motey-sur-Saône became part of the Commune nouvelle Seveux-Motey . This reduced the number of member communities to 41.
