The Coupe d'Europe 2011/12 was a three cushion team tournament in a pile-up . It took place for the eighth time, from June 6th to June 9th, in Schiltigheim , France . In five pre-qualification groups, the five group winners from 22 European teams had qualified for the final tournament. The AS AGIPI was set as the defending champion for the final round.

The defending champion and eight-time record champions in a row was the French club AS AGIPI with the players Frédéric Caudron , Marco Zanetti , Jérémy Bury and Jean Christophe Roux. The club has played in this line-up since 2005 and was one of the favorites again in 2013.
