The Superligaen 1992/93 was the third season of the top division in Danish football, which was played by the Danish Football Association DBU . The season began on August 12, 1992 and ended on June 20, 1993.

The league was held in two rounds. The first round took place in autumn 1992. In this, ten teams played against each other in a round trip. The first eight played in the second round in the spring of 1993 again in a round trip for the championship. Half of the points scored from the first round were carried over to the second round. The goals were set back to zero.
The teams that were in the last two places after the first round played in the qualifying league for participation in the Danish Superliga 1993/94.
