The Superligaen 1993/94 was the fourth season of the top division in Danish football, which was played by the Danish Football Association DBU . The season began on August 1, 1993 and ended on June 12, 1994. Defending champion was FC Copenhagen .

The league was held in two rounds. The first round took place in autumn 1993. In this, ten teams played against each other in a round trip. The first eight played in the second round in spring 1994 again in a round trip for the championship. Half of the points scored from the first round were carried over to the second round. The goals were set back to zero.

The teams that were in the last two places after the first round played in the qualifying league for participation in the Danish Superliga 1994/95.
