The Superligaen 1991 was the first season of the top division in Danish football, which was played by the Danish Football Association DBU . The season began on March 16, 1991 and ended on June 19, 1991.

Since the 1991/1992 season was supposed to start in August 1991 and the previous season did not end until the calendar year 1990, the first season of the Danish Super League was held in spring 1991.
