Dancecom Project is a German DJ and producer duo, consisting of the two German producers David Kieven and Tim Schumacher. The duo is still the founder of the media agency Neovision.
Career
Kieven and Schumacher were friends from childhood. Together they completed a degree in media management at the Rheinische Fachhochschule in Cologne.
Because of their interest in music, they founded the Dancecom Project in August 2010 . They began to make a name for themselves by producing bootlegs. Starting with a bootleg to California Gurls by Katy Perry and Snoop Dogg and a number of other reinterpretations, they attracted the attention of various record labels, whereupon they received official remixes from Crew 7 and Sunloverz . In order to be able to publish their bootlegs, they had a selection of songs re-recorded, including Dynamite by Taio Cruz or DJ Got Us Falling in Love by Usher . These found multiple places on compilations . In 2012 they had their first major live performance at the Bayao Summer Dance Festival 2012 in the FC Schalke 04 stadium .
Their first own single All Around the World was released in March 2012. They then released the second single Turn Up the Love in September 2012 . They presented their third single Don't Let Me Be Misuderstood in summer 2014. The song was released on the record label "Track by Track Records" and was featured on the Club Sounds Summer 2014 compilation . Because of this, the song was able to attract a lot of attention and shortly afterwards the duo moved with the song into the top 100 of the German dance charts. They also landed a club hit with their production of the song Wir sind Legenden von Jung & Wild.
On November 12, 2014, their last bootleg was released for the time being, which they produced for the song Heads Will Roll by Yeah Yeah Yeahs . This was followed by some appearances in various clubs.
Neovision
In 2012 they founded the media agency "Neovision" in Aachen, with which they specialize in marketing , graphic design and media design. Among other things, they produced tour trailers for Cro and Kraftklub as well as a music video for Daniel Lopes .
