Dietharts is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Rappottenstein in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 10 building areas with 5,929 m² and 7 gardens on 537 m² in the cadastral community of Dietharts , in 1989/1990 there were 13 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 29 and in 2009/2010 there were 15 buildings on 30 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 71 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 51 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 69 hectares and 55 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018 63 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 59 hectares. The average soil climate number of Dietharts is 18.1 (as of 2010).
