Intertoto Cup 1993
Dynamo Dresden took part victoriously in the Intertoto Cup in 1993 and prevailed in its group of five against FC Aarau (Switzerland), the Wiener Sport-Club (Austria), Iraklis Thessaloniki (Greece) and Beitar Jerusalem (Israel). However, this was not yet an official European Cup competition, as the UEFA Intertoto Cup was only introduced two years later.
