The Egyptian Premier League 2003/04 was the 47th season of the Egyptian Premier League , the highest Egyptian championship in football since its introduction in 1948/49 .
The newcomers from the Egyptian Second Division 2002/03 were Olympic El Qanah FC and Al Koroum . Al Mokawloon Al Arab and Goldy Fayoom are no longer represented in Egypt's top division . The defending champion is al Zamalek SC .
