The Egyptian Premier League 1962/63 was the 13th season of the Egyptian Premier League , the highest Egyptian championship in football . Champion was Tersana SC for the first time , new to the league were Domiat Club , Bahareya Club , Port Fuad , Maleyat Kafr El-Zayat , Suez Petrol , El Minya FC , Ismaily SC , Ghazl El Mahallah SC , Suez El-Riyadi , Ala ' from Damanhour , Bani Sweif FC , Al Tayaran , Al Teram and El Mansoura SC . El Minya SC dismounted.
