The Egyptian Premier League 1963/64 was the 14th season of the Egyptian Premier League , the highest Egyptian championship in football . Champion was al Zamalek SC for the second time , Sawahel was new to the league . El Minya FC was no longer represented in the top division . Domiat Club , Bani Sweif SC , Al Tayaran , Ala'ab Damanhour , Al Teram , El Mansoura SC , Ittihad Suez , Port Fuad , Tanta FC , Bahareya Club , Maleyat Kafr El-Zayat and Suez Petrol were relegated.
