The Egyptian Premier League 1960/61 was the 11th season of the Egyptian Premier League , the highest Egyptian championship in football . Champion was al Ahly Cairo , al-Masry was new to the league , Ghazl El Mahallah SC was relegated. Defending champion was al Zamalek SC , no longer represented in the top division was al-Ittihad Al-Sakndary .
