The Egyptian Premier League 2003/04 was the 46th season of the Egyptian Premier League , the highest Egyptian championship in football since its introduction in 1948/49 .
The climbers from the Egyptian Second Division 2001/02 were ENPPI Club , Haras El-Hodood SC and Aswan SC . Ghazl El Suez and Nile Sohag are no longer represented in Egypt's top division . The defending champion is Ismaily SC .
