The Egyptian Premier League 1952/53 was the fourth season of the Egyptian Premier League , the highest Egyptian championship in football . al Ahly SC became Egyptian soccer champions for the fourth time in a row. With 3.47 goals per game, the 1952/53 season was the season with the highest number of goals at the time (until then, the Egyptian Premier League 1948/49 was the highest goal with 2.82 goals per game).
Participating teams
The following ten teams took part in the Egyptian Premier League in the 1952/53 season - the same teams as in the previous season (1950/51). Three teams came from Alexandria , two teams each from Giza and Cairo and one each from Ismailia , Port Fuad and Port Said .
