The Egyptian Premier League 1965/66 was the 16th season of the Egyptian Premier League , the highest Egyptian championship in football . Champion was El-Olympi for the first time , Ittihad Suez and Olympic El Qanah FC were relegated. Suez El-Riyadi and Sawahel were no longer represented in the top division . New to the top division were Al Tayaran and Ittihad Suez.
