The 19th European ice hockey championship for the U18 juniors took place from April 2 to 9, 1986 in Düsseldorf , Krefeld and Ratingen in Germany . The games of the B group were from the 16th bis 22. March 1986 in Aosta in Italy held. The venue for the C-Gruppe was Barcelona , Spain , from December 27, 1985 to January 3, 1986 .
