The 16th Ice Hockey European Championships U18 juniors was held from 19th bis 25. March 1983 in Oslo , Fredrikstad and Sarpsborg in Norway instead. The group B games were played from March 21 to 27, 1983 in Zoetermeer in the Netherlands . The venue for the C group was Sarajevo in Yugoslavia (now Bosnia and Herzegovina ) from March 3 to 6, 1983 .
