Emir Karic (born June 9, 1997 in Linz ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

society

Karic started his career at ASKÖ Leonding . In 2005 he moved to LASK Linz . In 2007 he moved to FC Pasching . In 2011 he went to AKA Linz. In spring 2015 he returned to LASK. He made his professional debut on matchday 35 in 2014/15 against FC Wacker Innsbruck . In summer 2015 he moved to FC Liefering .

For the 2018/19 season he moved to Bundesliga club SCR Altach , with whom he received a contract that ran until June 2020.

National team

Karic played against Finland for the first time for the Austrian U-18 team in March 2015 . In October 2015, he made his only appearance for the U-19 team against Switzerland .

In June 2017 he made his debut against Hungary for the U-21 team .
