Jan Zwischenbrugger (born June 16, 1990 in Au ) is an Austrian football player . Since 2014 he has played for SCR Altach in the Austrian Bundesliga .

Career

Zwischenbrugger began his career at FC Bizau before moving to AKA Vorarlberg. In 2009 he joined the second division club SCR Altach , but for which he did not complete a game. In 2010 he went to SC Austria Lustenau . He made his professional debut against FC Admira Wacker Mödling . After becoming a regular in Lustenau, he moved to league competitor TSV Hartberg in 2013 , which he left after six months and moved to the Bundesliga for SV Ried . He made his Bundesliga debut on matchday 22, 2013/14 against SC Wiener Neustadt . But after half a year he returned to the promoted SCR Altach. In mid-May 2019, he extended his contract prematurely until summer 2022.
