Emmanouil Pappas ( Greek Εμμανουήλ Παππάς ( m. Sg. )) Is a municipality in the northern Greek region of Central Macedonia . It is divided into two parishes. The administrative seat is Chryso .

The municipality of Emmanouil Pappas extends in the east of the Central Macedonia region on the border with the East Macedonia and Thrace region over an area of 337,922 km². Neighboring communities are Serres in the west, Visaltia in the south and Nea Zichni in the east.
Administrative division
The municipality was formed in 2010 after the administrative reform in 2010 from the municipalities of Emmanouil Pappas and Strymonas , which had existed since 1997 . The administrative seat of the municipality is Chryso . The former municipalities have since formed the two municipal districts. Initially subdivided into 3 city districts and 13 local communities, in 2014 two city districts were downgraded to local communities.
