Enrique Adolfo Jiménez Brin
Enrique Jiménez, previously Vice President of his country from 1920 to 1932, took over the office of President on June 15, 1945 as the successor to Ricardo Adolfo de la Guardia Arango . He held this office until August 7, 1948. His successor was Domingo Díaz Arosemena . Before his political career, Jiménez held the office of Panamanian Ambassador in Washington, DC , among other things .
