Pablo Arosemena Alba (born September 24, 1836 - August 19, 1920 ) was the fifth President of Panama as a republic.

In 1879 Alba was the Colombian ambassador to Chile . Even before the proclamation of the republic, Arosemena had been president of Panama for a short time, for the first time from October 1 to 12, 1875 and from February 16, 1885 to March 26, 1885. At the time of the republic, he succeeded Federico Boyd on October 5 From 1910 to October 1, 1912 President of the State, having previously been elected Vice President.
