Pablo Arosemena Alba
In 1879 Alba was the Colombian ambassador to Chile . Even before the proclamation of the republic, Arosemena had been president of Panama for a short time, for the first time from October 1 to 12, 1875 and from February 16, 1885 to March 26, 1885.
