José María Pinilla Fábrega

José María Pinilla Fábrega (born November 28, 1919 - August 10, 1979 ) was the 34th President of Panama .

Pinilla Fábrega was the leader of the provisional junta that overthrew President Arnulfo Arias after only eleven days in office. On October 12, 1968 he took over the office of President as his successor. He remained in this office until December 18, 1969. His successor was Demetrio Basilio Lakas .
