Attractions

Remains of the fortifications made in the 14th century can be seen in the old town . The Tour des Templiers (which is not related to the Knights Templar ) was restored to the community in 2006 after fourteen years of meticulous work. The square tower, which towers over the town center with a height of 20 meters, is a relic of a castle. It probably dates from the 11th or 12th century . In the 13th and 14th centuries , two more floors and the battlements were added. The tower is open to visitors and offers a beautiful panorama of the Mont Ventoux , the Dentelles de Montmirail and the Monts de Vaucluse on the upper platform .

The Saint-Pierre-aux-Liens church was built in 1840 from the ruins of Notre-Dame-des-Sept-Douleurs, which was destroyed by the Huguenots . In 2006 it was completely renewed after eight years of work.

The Bastide de Trévouze is a Provencal style property . It has been a French cultural monument since 1997 . In particular, the tower stairs, the facades and roofs of the side wing, as well as the entrance portal are under monument protection. The name comes from the first owners of the bastide ( Trivulzio ).
