Ervín Mašek (born August 20, 1967 in Šumperk , Czechoslovakia ) is a German - Czech ice hockey player .

Career

Masek began his career as a hockey player in his hometown of Šumperk before it at that HC Olomouc changed. He later played for the second team of the army club HC Dukla Jihlava . For his good performance he was promoted to the first team in 1989, where he played for two years. He then moved to Germany. His first stop was EC Ulm / Neu-Ulm , for which he played in the third and fourth leagues until 1999. In the summer of 1999 he moved to the regional division ESV Kaufbeuren , with whom he made it to the 2nd Bundesliga in five years . Between 2004 and 2008 he played for their league rivals Eisbären Regensburg , before moving to Lausitzer Füchsen after their bankruptcy , where he played until 2012.
