Esben Lunde Larsen
Esben Lunde Larsen (born November 14, 1978 in Skjern ) is a Danish politician of the Venstre party and was Minister for Environment and Food in the Lars Løkke Rasmussen III cabinet . He was Minister of Culture in the Lars Løkke Rasmussen II cabinet .
Life
Esben Lunde Larsen studied in Copenhagen theology and graduated with a Master and a PhD from. At times he worked as an employee in the political department for the Venstre party in Christiansborg . After being involved in local politics in his home town from 2006 onwards , Larsen was elected to the Danish Folketing Parliament in 2011 . There he was a member of the committees for science, the environment and agriculture until his appointment as minister. From June 2015 to February 2016 he was Minister for Culture and Science. From February 2016 to mid-2018 he was Minister for Environment and Food.
Larsen is the editor of various writings that deal with Christianity and Germanic mythology .
