The 2004 European elections in Poland took place on June 13, 2004 as part of the 2004 European elections, which were taking place throughout the EU . These were the first direct elections to the European Parliament in Poland after the country joined the EU on May 1, 2004. In Poland , 54 of the 732 seats in the European Parliament are awarded.
