The Fort Fedderwardersiel was a fortification to protect the naval port of Wilhelmshaven .

The Fort Fedderwardersiel was located northwest of the port of Fedderwardersiel. It had an infantry factory with a bunker. The facility was designed for two platoons of infantry (~ 80 men). The exact location is not yet known. It is reasonable to assume that the facility was integrated into the dike, similar to Fort Stollhammerdeich .

The Fort Fedderwardersiel was created during the First World War . The facility had a bunker. During the Second World War it was used for Wilhelmshaven's air defense.
