Freudenberg is a hamlet of Burgweiler , one of eight localities in the Baden-Württemberg community of Ostrach in the Sigmaringen district .

Geographical location
The hamlet of Freudenberg lies at an altitude of 669 m above sea level. NHN , six kilometers southwest of the center of Ostrach, between Ochsenbach in the south, Burgweiler in the east, Hahnennest in the north, Mettenbuch in the northwest and the Falken forest area ( 705.1 m above sea level ) in the west.

In the course of the regional reform in Baden-Württemberg , the municipality of Burgweiler with the hamlet of Freudenberg was incorporated into Ostrach on January 1, 1975.
