The national road 201 ( Chinese  201 国 道 , Pinyin 201 Guódào , English China National Highway 201 ), Chinese abbreviation G201 , is a 1,964 km long north-south trunk road in northeast China in the provinces of Heilongjiang , Jilin and Liaoning . It is the easternmost north-south highway and runs parallel to the borders of China with Russia and North Korea . It leads from Hegang via Jiamusi , Jixi , Mudanjiang , Dunhua , Fusong , Tonghua , Dandong and Zhuanghe to the coastal metropolis of Dalian .
