Georgios Vagiannidis ( Greek Γεώργιος Βαγιαννίδης ; born September 12, 2001 in Athens ) is a Greek football player .

Career

society

Vagiannidis started his career at Panathinaikos Athens . In December 2019 he made his debut against Panachaiki for the professionals of Panathinaikos in the Cup . He finally made his Super League debut in February 2020 when he started against Panetolikos on matchday 24 of the 2019/20 season and was replaced by Yassin Ayoub in the 61st minute . In the game that Panathinaikos won 3-1, he also scored his first goal in the Greek top division. This was also his only season appearance for the capital club.

For the 2020/21 season he moved to Italy for Inter Milan .

National team

Vagiannidis played four times for the Greek U-17 squad between October 2017 and February 2018 . In November 2019 he made his debut against Albania for the U-19 team .
