The port of Sachsenhagen is the inland port of the city of Sachsenhagen in the district of Schaumburg , Lower Saxony .

The port of Sachsenhagen is about one and a half kilometers south of the town center at an altitude of 50.3  m above sea level. NHN on the federal waterway Mittellandkanal (MLK).

The Mittelland Canal near Sachsenhagen went into operation around 1916 after the first lands had been built in 1912/13. The community then leased the site to the Union-Schiffahrts- und Lagerhausgesellschaft . Between 1908 and 1910 a narrow-gauge field railway was built for building materials, which connected the port with Auhagen and Sachsenhagen. In 1914 this was renamed the Schaumburger Kleinbahn.
