The Hatter Holz is a forest area and a nature reserve in the Lower Saxony municipality of Hatten in the Oldenburg district .
The nature reserve with the registration number NSG WE 091 is 5.3 hectares in size. To the north it borders on the nature reserve "Dingsteder Gehänge, Twiestholz, Hatter Holz". The area has been a nature reserve since December 3, 1977. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Oldenburg.
The nature reserve is located southeast of Kirchhatten on the southern edge of the eponymous forest area and serves to protect a colony of gray herons that live there .
