Czech T-72

The army of the Czech Republic together with 16,900 soldiers, the Army component of the Czech armed forces .

It is subordinate to the cross-armed Joint Force Command in Olomouc .

In order to fulfill its tasks, the Czech Army u. a. 179 T-72 - battle tanks , 207 BMP-1 - armored , 174 BMP-2 -Schützenpanzer, 76 BVP-armored, 29 OT-90 team armored transport vehicle , 28 OT-64 -Mannschaftstransportpanzer, 164 Dana - self-propelled guns , 57 RM-70 - Multiple rocket launchers , 8 120mm 1982 grenade launchers, 53 120mm SPM-85 grenade launchers and 173 9P135 (SPIGOT) anti- tank guided weapons .
