Heinz Günder
Heinz Günder (born October 25, 1904 in Erding ; † November 27, 1972 in Krailling near Munich) was a German lawyer and from 1960 to 1968 the district president of Lower Franconia .
Life
Günder received his doctorate in 1928 on "The state church law position of the Catholic elementary school in Bavaria". From 1954 he was Vice President of the Government of Upper Franconia and from 1960 to 1968 President of the Government of Lower Franconia. He is considered a patron of the preservation of art and monuments, history and the preservation of homeland in Franconia . He was also an important supporter of the enforcement of the Bavarian Monument Protection Act .
His father was the former Lower Franconian district president Bruno Günder .
