August Joseph Georg Graf von Rechberg and Rothenlöwen (born September 11, 1783 in Munich ; † April 15, 1846 ibid) was a German administrative lawyer, judge and parliamentarian in Bavaria.

Life

August von Rechberg was born as the son of Maximilian Emmanuel Johann von Rechberg and Rothenlöwen (1736–1819) and Walpurga Maria. Born Freiin von und zu Sandizell (1744–1818). On November 3rd, 1803 he enrolled at the University of Landshut for law. In 1803 he was one of the founders of the Corps Suevia Landshut / Munich . After completing his studies, he entered the administration of justice and administration in the Kingdom of Bavaria . In 1831 he was the district judge of Mindelheim . Then he was a judge of appeals in Munich. In 1833 he was appointed General Commissioner and District President of Lower Franconia . In 1837 he was appointed President of the Higher Appeal Court of the Kingdom of Bavaria in Munich. Appointed Reichsrat for life by Ludwig I in 1839 , he died in office at the age of 63.
