Franz Vogt (District President)
Franz Vogt (born February 9, 1935 in Volkach ) is a former Bavarian civil servant and from 1984 to 2000 regional president of the Bavarian administrative district of Lower Franconia .
Life
Vogt studied law at the University of Würzburg and graduated after the first and second state exam with the graduation to the Dr. jur. from. He joined the Bavarian state services and was regional president of the Bavarian administrative district of Lower Franconia from 1984 to 2000. During this time he sits down u. a. for the introduction of engineering courses at the University of Würzburg. He was also committed to building up the university association.
Vogt campaigned for the interests of the German War Graves Commission . He was deputy chairman at the federal level for eight years. From 1984 to 2003 Vogt was chairman of the Franconian Federation .
