IC 3367 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sab in the constellation Coma Berenices the northern sky . It is estimated to be 344 million light years from the Milky Way and about 90,000 light years in diameter.
In the same area of ​​the sky are u. a. the galaxies IC 3336 , IC 3362 , IC 3376 , IC 3380 .

The object was discovered by Max Wolf on March 23, 1903 .
