IC 3376 is a bar-spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SBa with an active galaxy core in the constellation Coma Berenices in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 320 million light years from the Milky Way and about 165,000 light years in diameter.
In the same area of ​​the sky are u. a. the galaxies IC 3362 , IC 3367 , IC 3380 , IC 3394 .

The object was discovered by Max Wolf on March 23, 1903 .
