IC 3376 is a bar-spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SBa with an active galaxy core in the constellation Coma Berenices in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 320 million light years from the Milky Way and about 165,000 light years in diameter.
In the same area of the sky are u. a. the galaxies IC 3362 , IC 3367 , IC 3380 , IC 3394 .
The object was discovered by Max Wolf on March 23, 1903 .
